RELAXATION MASSAGE

Relaxation massage, or Swedish Massage, uses long, gliding strokes and gentle kneading to increase circulation, reduce stress (by lowering cortisol levels) and improve recovery time after exercise.

Swedish massage is for everyone…even athletes.  Just like you incorporate rest days, in is important to incorporate relaxation massage into your wellness routine.

Katie has several years of massage experience in a chiropractic setting.  Her approach combines the results of deep tissue massage with the relief of a therapeutic, relaxing touch.  She is comfortable and confident working with massage for accident-related injuries and preventative maintenance massage.
